how it works

Select your meals: *ordering opens at 7am on Mondays

• Choose From 5 Signature Meals Weekly

• Select Between an Individual Serving (Serves 2) $18 Or a Family Serving (Serves 4-6) $32

• Select Quantity (You have the option of ordering more than one of a meal each week)

Pick up your order or have it delivered 

• Pick up on Mondays from 4-6 p.m., at 953 40th Ave. Bettendorf. Your meals are prepped on Mondays each week (FREE)

• Ask for Delivery at check out ($5). The meals are delivered to your doorstep on Tuesdays.

Heat and enjoy

• Each meal will have specific directions and heating recommendations.

• All containers are oven ready and safe

• Some weeks I will offer Crockpot ready meals that are also freezer ready
